A- Funoni is an online marketplace that empowers people to have fun by providing event tickets, party rentals, and way for people to get paid to sell tickets.

A- Please check your email inbox and text messages

Q- What if I added a wrong email or phone for event tickets confirmation?
A- Please on@funoni.com with the following. Full Name, Event, Date, Location, Correct Email & Phone, Last 4 digits of the card you used to purchase tickets.

Q- Can I get a refund?
A- Refund policy varies for different events. You can check the event listing to see refund policy. If you can get a refund you can request one by contacting on@funoni.com with subject line refund and include the following Full Name, Event Link, Date, Location, Correct Email & Phone and Last 4 digits.

Q- Can I get birthday event discounts?
A- Yes, submit your birthday here to receive ticket discounts.

Q- Can I get a discount when I join the funoni community?
A- Yes, when you join here you will receive exclusive funoni member ticket discounts.

Q- How do I use my ticket?
A- You will show your ticket to the event host on the day of the event to be scanned. You can print your ticket or access it from your email and text message.
