Q- Can I get a refund?
A- Refund policy varies for different party rental companies. You can check the party rental you booked to see refund policy. If you can receive a refund you can request one by contacting on@funoni.com with subject line refund and include the following Full Name, Party Rental Booked, Event Date & Time, Location, Party Rental Booked Link, Correct Email & Phone, Last 4 digits of the card you used to book party rentals.
