Q- What is funoni?
A- Funoni is an online marketplace that empowers people to have fun by providing event tickets, party rentals, and way for people to get paid to sell tickets.

Q- What if I am already selling my tickets on Eventbrite or other event management platforms?
A- You can continue to sell your tickets on Eventbrite and other event management platforms. We don’t want you to stop or switch. We simply help promote and sell more tickets for your event.

Q- What if my event is free?
A- We also help promote free events for free. Please select the "free event" option in the commission drop-down field. 

Q- Who have we worked with?
A- We have promoted and sold tickets for many different events. You can find them here.

Q- What if I just set you up with an affiliate link?
A- We understand why you want to do that to keep track of stats/sales. But funoni has a large network of promoters who already have links directing their audiences to funoni.com and we already keep track of them. If you were to give us an affiliate link we will not be able to share it with them. That means fewer people seeing your event and fewer people buying tickets for your event or attending your event. The best way is to post your event on our website and you’ll receive login code to see guests. You'll receive the following data (guests name, impressions, tickets sold, the location of people who saw your event.

Q- How will funoni pay me?
A- We will transfer payment to you via PayPal after we receive agreed commission. All we need is your PayPal email to transfer payment to you.

Q- How does funoni help event hosts sell more tickets or increase event attendance?
A- Event hosts can upload free and paid events on funoni.com if events are free funoni will promote free events for free. If it is a paid event, you can select the commission that works for you. Once your event is listed on funoni.com/events our large network of promoters will direct their audiences to funoni.com/events where people can find and buy event tickets for your event.


Q- Does funoni charge fees for event tickets?
A- Funoni does not charge event hosts any fees. Funoni works on a 100% commission rate basis. We earn our keep by promoting your event on funoni.com to increase your event attendance.


Q- How does funoni manage ticket orders?
A- When tickets are purchased. Customers receive tickets via email and text message for event host to scan on the day of the event.


Q- Where can I post my event?
A- You can post your event here.

Q- What If my event is only 21+?
A- If you have specific terms like age requirements, dress codes etc. Please make sure to add your requirements to the description when you upload your event here.

Q- How many tickets do you sale for each event?
A- Ticket sales vary for each event, but we work with event hosts long term so as Funoni grows, your event tickets sales on the Funoni marketplace will also grow.

Q- What if someone wants a refund?
A- You decide what your refund policy is and add it to your event description. (NO REFUNDS, Refunds only for 7 days before event date etc.) 


Q- How will I know when you sold tickets?
A- We will notify you prior to your event date.

Q- How long does it take for Funoni to transfer funds to me?
A- If all purchased tickets were scanned then you will receive funds after the event is over. If there are issues, transfer of funds time may increase. You can review our terms here.

Q- How much time does Funoni need to promote my event?
A- The more time the better, but we also help promote and sell tickets for short notice events.
