Q- What is funoni?
A- Funoni is an online marketplace that empowers people to have fun by providing event tickets, party rentals, and way for people to get paid to sell tickets.

Q- What if I am already generating party rental bookings on my website?
A- You can continue to generate party rental bookings on your website. We don’t want you to stop or switch. We simply help you promote and generate more party rental bookings on the funoni marketplace.

Q- How will Funoni notify me when a customer booked my party rentals?
A- You will receive customers information (Name, Phone, Date, Location, time, Product Booked)  via text message and email for you to confirm. Upon your confirmation customer will be notified.

Q- How will funoni pay me?
A- We will transfer payment to you via PayPal after we receive agreed commission. All we need is your PayPal email to transfer payment to you.

Q- How does funoni help party rental companies generate more bookings?
A- Party rental companies can upload their party rentals on the funoni.com marketplace. You can select the commission that works for you. Once your event is listed on funoni.com/products our large network of promoters will direct their audiences to funoni.com/ where people can find and book your party rentals.

Q- Does funoni charge fees for party rentals booked?
A- Funoni does not charge party rental companies any fees. Funoni works on a 100% commission rate basis. We earn our keep by promoting your party rentals on funoni.com to increase your party rental bookings.

Q- How does funoni manage party rental bookings orders?
A- When party rentals are booked. Customers receive order summary via email and text message. You will receive customers information (Name, Phone, Date, Location, time, Product Booked) via text message and email for you to confirm. Upon your confirmation customer will be notified. Once the customer receives confirmation they will get half of a unique code. When you deliver party rentals on time. You will receive the other half of unique code. When the customer sends us the full code. We will know you delivered party rentals on time.

Q- What If my party rentals have specific terms?
A- If you have specific terms like age requirements, location, etc. Please make sure to add your requirements to the description when you upload your party rentals here.

Q- How many party rentals bookings do you generate for each party rental company?
A- Party rental bookings vary for different party rental companies, but we work with party rentals companies long term so as Funoni grows, your bookings on the Funoni marketplace will also grow.

Q- What if a customer wants a refund?
A- You decide what your refund policy is and add it to your party rental description. (NO REFUNDS, Refunds only for 7 days before event date etc.) Funoni will only enforce a full refund if you do not deliver party rentals on event date. Please review terms here.

Q- How long does it take for Funoni to transfer funds to me?
A- If all party rentals booked were delivered on correct time and date, then you will receive funds after the event is over. If there are issues, transfer of funds time may increase. You can review our terms here.
